In case any provision of these Terms of Provider is decided to get unlawful, void or unenforceable, this kind of provision shall Nevertheless be enforceable towards the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed to get severed from these Conditions of Provider, this kind of perseverance shall not influenc
